SE should've limited their pre-orders if they're going to limit users logging in

I get the maintenance. I get that this game is going through a launch hiccup. And I get that they don't want to overload the servers so they could avoid 3 hour maintenance periods.

What I DON'T get is why give me the finger and say "Come back later to play because the world is full" as I'm not trying to dedicate the free time I have at the moment to play. This is ridiculous. No where does it say prior to getting this "You won't be able to play when you have the leisure time." Sorry if I sound like an entitled prick but this is freaking insane. Putting a limit on how many users can play now!?! Will this be lifted soon like tomorrow when more players come in?!

WHY hype this game for so many people to buy just to tell them they need to wait to play after they get it!? Why test for 5 (now its 5) phases and have such miserable service? I could only hope this won't happen after the launch.

If this is true, I'm definitely not paying for ARR. As a legacy player, I'm DEEPLY disappointed. You would think after the miserable failure of the first version, they go above and beyond to redeem themselves. =/
