"working: please wait" pre-order code problems!

went to the site (http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/), put in my pre-order code, click confirm, and it goes to "working please wait".... so i waited. left it running more than 12 hours the first time. after some googling people say to just keep trying it, refresh, retype, confirm, repeat... so i've done that. every time it sits there "working please wait", forever.. if i put in a fake/wrong code it tells me right away, so i know my code is valid..

early release is almost over and i still cant even get a registration code from this website to get in!!

i understand problems with playing the game, but having problems putting in my purchase code is a bit much!!

anyone have any ideas on how to fix/get around this?
