    This... Actually I pre-ordered the game from SE EU with Paypal, but now I cant find Paypal payments ANYWHERE... I wanted to upgrade to Collectors Edition since Im enjoying the game so much, but I wont do anything until Paypal is available

    I would never use PayPal for recurring accounts. Every hiccup would cause mass refunds and freeze SEs account (PP automates this). They could certainly find other options that work similarly and are not so retarded to the sellers.
