Unable to Return While Crossbar is Active

I am using a Windows/Xbox 360 wired controller.

When the crossbar is active (while in Toggle setting), and I select Return from it, I do not get a dialogue that allows me to confirm the action. When using Mixed setting, the action must deactivate the crossbar in order to get the dialogue.

Not a major bug, but thanks for looking.

Steps:
1. Set crossbar option, when using a controller, to Toggle
2. Try and use Return
3. Confirmation box does not appear as long as crossbar is active.
