You need to use the 18 digit preorder code first whether you want the bonuses or not.
Who did you order it from? I may be able to help you find a way to get a refund if you actually want one.

As I said, I received the 18 digit code (pre-order bonus code) which would provide me with bonus items and the early access code, which I didn't received upon registering the 18 digit bonus code.

I bought the pre-order from the SE official NA store. If you have any info on how to proceed with an refund request (if that possibility even exists), feel free to send me a private message.

Updating my situation here:

I received my 20 digit registration code today via e-mail from DigitalRiver along with an 18 digit code (which I don't know what is for, maybe for the pre-order bonus item Caith Sith doll pet?). But, like many of you guys out there, got the "The entered code is invalid." message.

Here we go again.

So, after getting the invalid code message, I remembered that I logged in the Mog Station yesterday and saw that there are a place to register account services. Well, I tried to register the code I received today and guess what? Gotcha! Service registered!

Today at home I'll try to log in the game to see if everything is ok. Wish me luck, guys!
