Didn't received pre-order code

Well, I saw a bunch of topics here of people saying they can't login, that they can't create characters and such things. But I didn't found anyone with the same problem as me... Let's get to the point.

So, I've pre-ordered the game. Period. I received (many days after the ordering) my bonus code which should provide me some bonus items (irrelevant to me) and a code to activate the game for early access (that one yes, it's very relevant to me). Then, I started searching some info about how to register that code. Nothing on the mail that I've received. So, time to search in the forums...

I found a topic (this topic) with some links and info about the early access codes. When I tried to register it, maybe because of the intense traffic on the website in the moment, it doesn't showed any window with that 20 digit code for me. Nice.

Well, the problem is: I haven't even received any mail with that code (which the registering website said I would receive). Anyone here had the same problem? What have you done to (at least try) to resolve?

I have opened a ticket on the support center on the last friday (23) and got an answer yesterday (25) saying that my ticket was received (!) and they will answer asap.

Seeing the forums here, I think I'll need to wait a bit longer for that...

Maybe I can dream with a refund (Haha)? Or maybe just accept my $29 loss?

For real, I'm just posting here to share this experience and see if anyone in the community had the same issue and how they acted about that.

It took me over 24 hours to receive my email for my early access code.

You need to use the 18 digit preorder code first whether you want the bonuses or not.
Who did you order it from? I may be able to help you find a way to get a refund if you actually want one.

As I said, I received the 18 digit code (pre-order bonus code) which would provide me with bonus items and the early access code, which I didn't received upon registering the 18 digit bonus code.

I bought the pre-order from the SE official NA store. If you have any info on how to proceed with an refund request (if that possibility even exists), feel free to send me a private message.

Updating my situation here:

I received my 20 digit registration code today via e-mail from DigitalRiver along with an 18 digit code (which I don't know what is for, maybe for the pre-order bonus item Caith Sith doll pet?). But, like many of you guys out there, got the "The entered code is invalid." message.

Here we go again.

Updating again:

So, after getting the invalid code message, I remembered that I logged in the Mog Station yesterday and saw that there are a place to register account services. Well, I tried to register the code I received today and guess what? Gotcha! Service registered!

Today at home I'll try to log in the game to see if everything is ok. Wish me luck, guys!

Final update:

Yep! Got my account working. I've logged into my account on the game and everything is ok.

Well, it's almost unplayable yet, but it's fine. The NA servers are all overpopulated and you can't log in or create characters (Something that I CAN UNDERSTAND, as I am a IT professional), but I think that with some time the population will stabilize when the player population start to segregate (With those people that never heard about the game and came only for the hype leaving with their "This game is a piece of crap, I'll go back to WOW!" thought in their minds and so on...).

Maybe I'll start playing on JP servers, for a while, until the NA servers come back to normal.
