PETITION for a direct response from SE on what is going on with the game...

Title says it all. We're all aware of the major bugs and errors (1017, 90000, random disconnects, severe lag, etc.) as you can see that the Technical Support area of the forums has turned into more of a page to vent disappointment and anger, but, what is being done by the development team to fix everything that is wrong with the game? As paying customers, I think informing us is the least they can do. Majority of players have probably been deprived of early access due to not even being able to log in. I mean, come on... The game is supposed to release, tomorrow. It seems far from being ready. If unanticipated server congestion is this bad now, imagine how bad it will be when people try to log in on the official release date of the game. Sign and maybe, JUST MAYBE, the forum admins will catch it and address their superiors so that we can get some light on the situation instead of being left in the dark.

The last couple "Petitions" I've seen in the forums - and signed - that caught any weight...?
Admins deleted them. The only thing they took from the forum, is that people were organizing in displeasure, and shut it down.
I support making them deal with the fact that they're screwing their customers pretty hard, but I'm worried they'll just delete yet another "petition" post.

Signed. Sadly this is SE second chance this and they still haven't learned. Makes their development team look really amateur like. Even the F2P MMOs have a working que system, afk disconnects, and high populated world transfers. I for one have already stop my auto pay so won't be charged until they fix the issue. How sad this problem has been around since beta and this is the second launch of this game.

Seems like the client has an updated message regarding the login limitations, but, it doesn't seem like there is any new valuable information. Would really hate to see this game flop a second time from upset customers.

SIGNED, seems they have some MASSIVE issues that need clearing up (no idle out or queue system? really? Servers full at let's say 20000, you seriously can't add a queue for the 20,001 person to be #1 in a queue, and so forth? Queue.position = Server.size + Queue.size). I remember all the terrible press D3 got because of their shitty launch day, this games pretty good and I'd like to see it succeed, at least keep us updated! Is there a restart to kick idled players off? How are the servers actually looking? Do you need to add more servers and allow free realm transfers?
