Hello all,

my adventure in FFXIV ARR started with the Open Beta. I've created a Square Enix account for the Open Beta and played with a toon.

Tonight I've redeemed my Collector's Edition code to start playing FFXIV. ** I'm not speacking of the early access code **

I don't know if it was a bug or a personal error but I have now two different services for FFXIV on my Sqare Enix account: the first one with my Open Beta toon and it's inactive, the second one with my Collector's Edition Code and Collector's Edition items that is active but without my toon.

If I try to log in the game with my first profile I have the Error 3108.

What can I do? On the forum I've read that the best thing is just to use another code but that's for the early access code... In my case I would need another Collector's Edition code... I have a ticket open with Square Enix Customer service for another question from one day and still no answer, should I open another ticket?

I've tried to do it by myself on the customer service site following this instructions http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...68225&ret=main but I didn't even have a confirmation email sent back to me and the service may take two weeks...

Anyone knows some fastest way to solve this problem? Maybe by an online chat or by phone? I wasn't able to find any other way...
