Please give the map priority when pressing esc and casting a spell. Since M no longer closes the map instantly I've adopted esc (returning M to an instant close would work as well, I really don't need to have M show those features when I can just click on/waggle the map to do the same thing XD).

While in the middle of combat and you have your map up- having the habit of closing will actually cancel your spell instead which leads to some annoying situations (not as smooth as you'd want lol).

Not quite sure if this would count as combat but I feel more so to UI.


I'd probably argue more for returning M to its original use but.. making esc close the map first would do.
