He's rapidly rising on my list of Favorite Developers, up there with Valve's Gabe Newell. I seem to have become captivated with his hands on style with the community and his eccentric and entertaining personality.

Also <3 to the community team that relays all the developer posts, they seem like pretty cool dudes (Looking at you and your ridiculous Cactaur, Hvinire).

Surely I'm not the only person/forum lurker who has developed some <3 for our new producer overlord(s). Thoughts, anyone?

I think his and the teams hard work is finally beginning to pay off. I think (or at least I hope) that this week is going to mark something of a sea change for the project, with 1.17 and all of the developer information we have been getting, now I feel they finally have the momentum to turn around opinion about this game going forward.

Yeah, I'm pretty sad that we haven't had a Fanfest outside of Japan since 2008. I went in 2007, and it was friggin' great

I like that he's more comical and easy going than Tanaka, I will reserve my judgement until tomorrow on how well he is doing in terms of development progress.

From his post and recent update schedule things are looking good though.

I think he inspires both dev team and players with his personality and his huge experience in gaming makes him much more understanding.
