[PS3] How can I get my CE items?

I have done the early access things, and I have got the pre-order items in game this morning. After that I have got my FF14 PS3 CE from game shop.
I opened it at home and there are 2 set of registration code with the game. One is 6-3-6-3 code, and the other one is a PS3 12 digit code.

I have tried the 12 digit code, and it pop up a message "the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid."

The 6-3-6-3 code told me to go to http://member.eu.square-enix.com to login and enter the code. That website is not working, and I have no idea where should I use the 6-3-6-3 code.

Also I don't know which code is the one with those items.

Can anyone tell me how to get those items?

the 6-3-6-3 code just attaches to your member acct. If you read the print it's to receive deals and sweepstakes and stuff

All you need for the actual game is the 12-digit code which PSN needs to update their store so they will be valid. I'm In the same boat in NA

I contacted square about this and just got off the phone eu side and can confirm that fubar is correct the 6-3-6-3 code is not needed to register the game the 4-4-4 code however is but the guy I spoke too (very strong French accent so a lil hard to understand for me) mentioned something along the lines of emailing me when im authorised ?? to enter my ps3 CE code or something like that im guessing this means that also like fubar said its a Sony thing I just wanted to confirm it for everyone ill post when I get my email from them

I'm in the same boat. From the UK picked up my CE copy from Royal Mail. Missed it Saturday, then was closed for the bank holiday. I'm going to assume it'll be to do with official launch. Hang tight I'm sure they'll be redeemable in good time. Already been stated EA runs till the 30th to

Having heard about the store updating for the codes to work gave me some relief. My CE code is invalid as well at this time. I would need to wait another day for the store to update.
