    Because when people finally get in... They want to stay in as much as possible.

    So they just leave their character AFK even when they go to work, sleep, shower, eat. etc.

    Nobody wants to have to sit through 1017 for hours again.

    its because they have limited the server to 5 people per zone and all 5 are afking till they get home from work

    Been working all day just waiting to play FFXIV, and the server is full...AGAIN. It's not even putting me into a que to wait. I'm very worried because we have to start paying to play soon. So irritated

    At least you are getting a que all I'm stuck with is that damn 1017 message everytime. would be nice to know how long I have to wait at least

    People have come up with some pretty creative spots to AFK from what I have seen. We should screen shot the AFK'ers and announce a winner for the most creative "aw no one will see me here" spot...lol

    AFK in Inn. No one can see you + you get rested XP.

    My question to SE is if there servers are full during the afternoon on a work/school day, how are they going to be during prime time weekend hours? lolol....

    So essentially the best players will never be found.... I guess the winners be all afking in the inn lol.
