These are a great addition to the game, however, I think they could be improved by allowing us to turn them on only for hostiles and/or friendlies if we so choose. I also think the HP bar of a selected target should have more of an indication that it's been targeted, perhaps a subtle glow or thick outline or something.

It's hectic as hell in combat right now having these on because it just turns into a jumbled mess seeing all the party member's HP bars AND the monsters at the same time. If I'm not healing, I tend to only want to focus on the monster's HP we're fighting.

Simple change that would help a lot.
