    Beta Account Not Merged

    So I played all the Betas because I was a 1.0 player. When FFXI open beta popped up I created a new character for launch. Now I go to log in today and it asks me if I want Service Account 1 or 2. Well 1 has my beta character and now its telling my I can't use her because she's unregistered. However, I can pick 2 which has my old character who is barely leveled. On this site (see pic) my beta character is the only one registered to this account. What am I supposed to do to play my beta character?

    I can feel your pain,SE has made a confusing site for new players. Unfortunately,there's nothing we can do for now but filling this form:

    Plus, it's stated that it might take 2 weeks or so to fix this issue.
