***Collectors Edition Bonus item missing!!!!!***

I purchased the Collectors Edition yet I still have not received my Bonus items.

Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount

When will these arrive? I have seen many people using these mounts and its really frustrating. Shouldn't it have arrived in the Moogle delivery?

If you had 1.0 Collector's Edition, you'll have the items in your mail once you re-log.

If you didn't have 1.0 CE, and instead bought the 2.0 CE, then you'll need to enter a code that will be emailed to you onto a website which will be linked in that email. You can only do that tomorrow, after launch. Once you do that, and the code works, log in to the game and check your mail.

His font is showing up as the default size for me...

Error. Put an in-game ticket in and they responded that they're investigating the possible error that might be preventing me from receiving my CE items. Go figure.

My service account only includes my Pre order items. Nowhere does it make mention of Collectors Edition bonus items. :/ I purchased the game and went though all the necessary procedures. From Activation code to Earl Access Registration code and final client update... I have been playing since beta phase 3 > 4 and now since launch. I will wait till I receive my official registration and register that 20 digit code and see what happens.

My physical copy has been dispatched so I will also wait to see if there is a code in the package. If not...

Then yeah, i think the colelctor's edition stuff is only for 1.0 people atm. You will get your code when you get your physical copy, as someone said earlier.
