    BUG: Google Chrome and FF14 (windowed fullscreen) - intermittent

    BUG: When running FF14 in windowed fullscreen with Google Chrome opened, it sometimes create a problem with refresh rate.

    In-game frames per second show as high (60+ frames per second) but game feels sluggish (like 15-20 frames per second).

    Intermittent problem.

    -game is running with frame limit to off.
    -Vsync turned off.
    -Problem is the same with Vsync turned on.
