Preoder Bonus Code too short and in wrong format?

So, I decided I wanted the preorder bonuses too. I ordered from the SE Online store, and it sent me an 18 digit code, formatted as 6-3-6-3, while the code redemption options want a 20 digit code, formatted as 4-4-4-4-4.

Am I missing a step?

Sadly, no.

Both that and the "Mog Station" site want the code as 4-4-4-4-4.

What you have is a pre-order code. Everyone got a code like that and needed to put it into the preorder site.

Redeeming the code there should then spit out another code and it'll tell you where to put it.
