Can't Connect - My Early release ruined

I can't get in to play the game. I'm mad because I paid for early access and collectors. It kinda feels like I'm being cheated out of something I paid for. Took my money and didn't provide the service... very irritating. Can we have some sort of compensation... I feel robbed. No collectors items or codes either.... hummmm

You didn't pay extra for Early Access. It came with the standard edition too, as long as you Pre-Ordered.

I'm not agreeing that SquareEnix has done the right thing and gone along with a full release and is wasting resources on this when working on a way to be able to remove the limit on servers without breaking them, or implementing an AFK kick system, or at least a functional queue, would all be better things to spend their resources on.

However you didn't pay extra for Early Access. They haven't taken your money yet, if you weren't able to use Early Access because of the server issues you should have known not to submit your key and activate your 30 free days. Not to mention EA isn't over until the 29th anyways so by doing that you're wasting free days anyways (unless you want the Pre-Order/CE items really badly.)

SquareEnix will likely do something like give everyone who pre-ordered an extra 5 days free or something. I could see that happening. But they aren't going to start announcing that kind of thing until the issues are resolved.

I am 1.0 non-pre-legacy, so I had to buy another copy just to get early release access.

The problem is all the people who log in and never log out...and SE incentivising the behavior with 1017 errors. Post in this thread and get SE to make a real solution to the problem, not a patch fix like 1017.

I saw people just sitting there when i got in before i got crashed out.
its so many people just AFK to hold spots for themselves... Kick inactive players after some time... there is no reason to be allowed to afk and hold a spot.

didn't say i paid extra. pre-orders had a fee, and collectors had higher a fee than normal(which is normal). I paid for it. They took my money already. It's off my card on my statement, I really don't like your comment.
