Ok, so, the Live Chat is a hoax, right? It doesn't actually do anything?
I'm now on my third try in the Live Chat queue. I first joined in at 9:02am, I was 60th. Got all the way down to 14, then it quickly dropped to 6, then 1, then Cancelled saying there was nobody available. What kind of shitty service kicks you out when someone isn't yet available to talk?
Second time in the queue, I started at 168th. All the way down to 5th, and I get the same shit.
I am now in the queue for the third time, again at around 170th.
Trying to get to the chat through the "official" means, using the support site, does no good...as there is no Chat link even though they're going on business hours right now. I'm using a direct link to the chat, does that make a difference?
You have more of a chance of getting errors if you use a "direct link" unless you are changing the URL inserting your own tickets and such because the link would be referencing tickets that are/maybe closed already and thus might be part of the problem of no agent available.Ok, so, the Live Chat is a hoax, right? I got through on the phone I called 3 minutes before they closed and then waited for about an hour and fifteen minutes after they stopped answering new calls and finally reached someone.
By all of the posts on this thread for NA looks like the best best if you can call is to do so right when they open or right before close.

As for the phones, both numbers I'd seen referenced in here between the 2nd and 3rd are busy. As in...I redialed about 30 times apiece and still get a busy signal....

How do you get the chat to open in multiple tabs and windows? Every time I try, it detects that I already have it open and says so, often disconnecting the previous one. Using Chrome....
I'm not sure if it was mentioned previously, but I'm having a tough time digging through this thread.
I decided I was bored waiting and made a new character on my second, active service account, even though my collectors edition was supposed to go on service account 1.
If they ever get around to fixing my service accounts, will the character I'm playing on get deleted?
I've tried to contact chat, during business hours, through the support page in an official manner 6 times. Each time I've reached #1 in queue and was told there is no one available.
Before I spend some serious time on this character this weekend, I'd like to know if she's going to get deleted or not.
From what others have said, yes it'll be deleted.
You use different browsers. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and of course Internet Exploiter.
I posted this on another topic, but like everyone else, my ticket from last Friday morning was deleted.
Now I have to submit again????
It's 7 days now that I can't log in now I have to wait for how long???? Who knows...DA SHADOW KNOWS WHAT EVIL LURK IN THE HEART OF SQ
