Carl still at the UK CS told me that the issue will be fixed as we want it (by merging the service accounts) but he didn't know how long it will take.they better sort this out before i can no longer play my chars on service account 1
the registration service was ridiculous and unclear as is proven by the fact so many of us have been caught out and they have changed now the form
yes they have posted a what not to do thread - but where is the offiical info on what they are going to do to fix it?

i have 2 accounts, that i never wanted both loosing subscription time and im loosing hope that any fix they do will cover this too tbh

I honestly dont think they will fix this before our game time runs out ( 2days ), but then all of a sudden they'll notice a large amount of people stop loggin in (coz they have no fckin game time) and thats probably the point where some one higher up will take notice and say something. Maybe they'll give everyone extra few days game time to give them more time to fix it all..they better sort this out before i can no longer play my chars on service account 1

well it seems they are saying different things to different people, in other words CS are as much out of the loop as us
really they have 2 days to fix this or expect a major backlash, at least for the time being we can still play
also CS saying they escalate your ticket, is a way to make you think they have done something and get you off the phone, i wouldn't expect your accounts to be fixed any quicker than the rest of us
The lack of information the CS team on the phone seem to have is frightening, the lady I spoke with seemed more flustered than anything. It doesn't exactly fill you with hope of a quick resolution.
Can we still post if EA runs out before its fixed?

Well, instead of adding the CE to my existing service account, I got a new one added to my SE account. My character is on the original account, NOT the new one created by entering my CE code into the PSN. I don't want to have to level my character up again. I'd love to just have the CE added to the only account I want, which is the one with the characters on it.
Anyone know how to get to the customer support chat site? Or a phone number to call in North America? I'm panicking because I don't want to start all over again - or have my character deleted when the "trial" ends in a few days!
