    i noticed that some emails from SqEx get sent out during 11pm - 01AM PDT (by emails i mean emails with codes or other things to resolve your issue).
    thats what happened when they sent out the XMB msgs for those who had PSN preorderes placed on aug15-17

    My account had my 30 days added to it as soon as i was done with the process and refreshed the mogstation on my laptop. Good Luck.

    problem: wrong service account
    purchase: SE or CE
    vendor: PSN/Amazon, etc
    Region: EU/NA
    date of escalation: when available
    [EDIT] contact option used: call/chat both, email, others
    received via: email/XMB
    code received on : mm/dd/yyyy and time if any.
    code type: 12 digit or 20digit
    [EDIT] ticket status and indicated platform: sample: closed/Windows
    other problems encountered(if any): sample: Preordered on PSN last AUG15-17 and got locked out

    Yes. I just entered it and successfully registered my new CE code to Service Account 1.

    Dual they said that the +7 days were an automatic thing and it should be added to your account before the 9th (or whatever day is the cut off day) and if it's not in your account you should go through that horrid fiasco again.
