Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I want to start out by saying throughout all the issues that have surfaced since phase 4 I have diligently kept faith in Square Enix. I found excuses for all their problems and the things I had no excuse for, I pointed to the fact that they were aware of the issue and taking steps to address it. Now I understand this server congestion issue is high priority, but 700+ pages?! COME ON!!! Why is this issue not being addressed? I admit I have not been waiting as long as some of the people who have posted here but my interest in this game is dwindling every day I am forced to NOT play my character I worked so hard on in Phase 4 and Early Access. Plus I am getting completely left behind while the rest of my Free Company mates are rising to the top. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?!?! I can no longer defend Square! This is just too much at once!

Been trying to call but just get a busy signal the whole time, not even queue in the phone. Every time I try live chat, always no one to talk to. I love the game, but the lack of customer service is finally starting to take its toll. And it could've all been avoided had they had one extra button on the mogstation page to add a code to an existing account.

I got through to SE last night at about this time, to Agent Daniel and I forgot which motherfucking year I used for my account... but daniel was cool and said he'd make a one time exception without the birth date. He said my ticket was put into escalation. That's all. He didn't say that to check mog station or anything, and I have anyways but it's still not fixed... makes me wonder if he didn't actually escalate it because I used the wrong birth date? Idk. But this whole situation is really pissing me off. Maybe I just need to be more patient.

The worse part is that there has only been a single post from a community rep, and all the information they gave us was stuff we already knew.
There is a 700+ page thread and only one post from someone from SE.
No one knows how PS3 players with two service accounts are getting their fix.
At least PC players are able to be tended to immediately (usually).
This is so silly and disheartening.

From my understanding there has been no fix for PS3. Basically the only people playing on PS3 right now are those that didn't pre-order or who said screw it to their early access character.
