    on my 4th try of the day, I finally got through and was awake this time!

    After 11 days and 40+ hours in chat ques I was finally able to get 2 accounts fixed (got one fixed 2 days ago).

    I have seen "Status: Cancelled" enough to make anybody go on a rampage after many hours in que.

    Make sure to let them know which system you want a code for (PC/PS3) I finish talking to chat support about a hour ago 2 find out they gave me a PC code and I needed a Ps3 one

    It is absolutely disgusting. I am appalled at the customer service. The nerd rage is boiling over. I put in the required ticket form thing THE DAY OF LAUNCH when I immediately realized my mistake. Every business day for the past week and a half I have logged into chat 1-3 times depending if I could get away with it at work. EVERY TIME I've gotten that stupid message. I'm not going to do the math, it's appalling. I tested the game out, bought a collectors edition, and was going to splurge and get the 90 day membership. But instead I am banging my head against the wall that is SE "customer support". Note the quotation marks. And here I thought Blizzard was bad. At least I can navigate their website (Note the singular) with ease.

    AFTER ALMOST 12 DAYS I WAS FIXED. NA ps3 user that was never escalated. I qued up in chat 1 minute before it closed in 3 browsers and I got in. Heres our convo

    To register the code to the correct service account on the PlayStation 3, please follow the instructions below:
