    Wanted to use live chat since im at work anyway , filled all the required info at EU support site and when i hit "live chat" button it said "currently unavailable" and shows chat staff working hours like 9am - 6pm PST... great i live in EU and its like 6pm+ for me zzzzzz.
    Oh and just noticed both of my accounts shows only EA time left , no free days at all, QQ :[

    Edit- at least i can see the new ticket at support site ><

All of this seem standard from what others had been reporting. However when he came back, I asked for timelines, 30 day free play and character deletion and told him there were many of us on the forum screaming for answers and this is what he told me to advise you all to do.

    1. First and Foremost, Fill out the correct support form. The two forms are for if you either have register to the wrong SE ID, or registered to the wrong service account (thus creating two service accounts). Make sure you have the right one filled out and WRITE DOWN THE TICKET NUMBER (VERY IMPORTANT).

    ***IF You Want A QUICK RESOLUTION CONTINUE THE FOLLOWING STEPS.***

    2. Call the following number and be prepared to hold for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. (310)-846-0345.
    3. Let them know which group you fall into.
    4. Hold while they escalate
    5. Process will take 24 to 48 hours to appear on your account. There is nothing else you need to do. However Richardo says check your mogstation after 48 hours to make sure the merge was successful. If it wasn't call the 310 number again.
    6. All of those who are wondering about the 30 days free play. It will be reset to 30 days upon SE completing the merge for your accounts. So you will not lose any days.
    7. There will be no character deletions from their team. They said the only way a character can be deleted is if you delete it yourself. Accounts can be activated and deactivated but they will not delete any characters.
    8. NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CALL (but Richardo recommends that you do), to get this issue resolve, but YOU MUST FILL OUT THE CORRECT FORM. However, tickets that get escalated will get priority over those who just submit their support ticket. ALL ACCOUNTS WILL GET FIXED EVENTUALLY. It is a high priority for them and that have their resources working on getting all of the accounts fixed as quickly as possible. No plans to add a Merge Accounts button that I know of.
    9. The new mogstation changes hopefully solved all of the confusion moving forward.

    That's it folks. I hope it helps. Its truly a pain in the ass to have to wait so long to get someone on the phone but he says its extremely busy and the phones ring nonstop but they are aware of the problem. The whole time took about 8 to 10 mins once I got him on the phone but I asked alot of questions too.
    Thank you so much for posting this detailed way to get it fixed asap, I was worried cause I did the wrong service account as well, (I PS3 registration didn't really give me a choice no other button for using the current account D: ), I'll be sure to call them in the morning ^_^

    Yeah, I found that number in my manual earlier, called it about 20 mins ago and got through immediately, gave the guy my ticket number and explained the situation and he said he'd escalate it, but didn't know how long it would take because they're super busy.. So hopefully that got things moving a bit quicker.

    Where can you fine the live chat button...I have been looking on the site all day and could not find it. Maybe I am blind.
    As I am in Australia, calling them is not an option lol

Called UK customer support on 0870 6000 182 and was on hold for roughly a whole 30 seconds, before I got through to a nice French(?) dude who took my details and escalated it in under 2 minutes. He did say it may take 2 to 3 days, so I've decided that if its not fixed by time my EA runs out, then I'll call them back and demand they add some game time or something.

    He also gave me some clue as to what they're doing, saying: 'It will be escalated to head office, who I think will be sending more game codes out to other people who made a mistake like you.'He then confirmed my e-mail address and it was done.

    Confirmed. Only took around 30 seconds for them to pick up and the whole call only took less than 5 mins so I suggest those who are worried about the cost of International call should give it a try. You can always hang up if it's not picked up within a minute or so

    I got off call with SE like 30 minutes ago.
    Some things that I've learned:

    They *WILL* merge my service accounts and I *as far as they know* won't loose my 30 days.
    They cannot say when this will happen (I'll let you know) but it will happen.

    I also had an issue with getting Standard Edition instead of CE.
    That's more complicated because apparently I got a SE code inside my CE box. I bought the game from local retailer and I need to figure this out with them not SE.
    Problem is, when they merge my account and retailer will supply me with correct code I still won't be able to register it as CE because you cannot upgrade SE to CE via the code from the box. You can also do it by digital upgrade.
    They suggested that I buy digital upgrade and get the difference from the retailer.

    I've called UK Hotline 2 minutes past 10 AM.
    I was waiting about 10 minutes on the phone, then the call lasted for about 10 minutes from which I was on hold for about 2-3 minutes.

    Overall experience - very good.

    On support site just click contact ,fill the info (i chose - acc creation) then at some point You can get live chat option or e-mail option.
