    I'd been getting nothing but a busy signal either for the past two days, until this morning I called the absolute second the clock turned 11:00 and I got in.

    It's (unfortunately) normal for the phone line to be eternally busy. I'm on the phone now, but I'm on hold. And probably will be for a couple hours.

    And yes, you have the correct phone number.

    yea im giving up o contacting them, i just made a new NA char on my SA 2 and im going to collect my CE stuff. if he gets deleted when my accounts fixed idc, but i cant take this anymore. ive been wait 3 years for this game! ( i wanted 1.0 but my PC broke right before it came out )

    See, I DO have a problem with a new NA character on SA 2 eventually getting deleted. Because that means that will effectively have been TWO characters now that I've put time and effort into, only for them to get deleted. Again?

    The moment when you realize that you spent more time trying to get your account fixed than in game time... Le sigh lol... It has been rough... We are almost at 700 pages... I came to this thread roughly at 200 pages. Congratulations to those who have seen the light... Pray for us still in the battlefield with SE support. Between yesterday and today I have 12 hours combined waiting in chat support just to see "no available agent" I wish I wasn't from North America at the moment.... EU and Japan have better customer service.

    this is my third SA 2 character. JP,EU and finally i was allowed to make a NA. not to mention this is the 7th time i have had to make a new character. so i really dont care, im earning trophies at least. its better than feeling like i dont even own the game.
