    My plan. Set up 10 tickets per web browser on my computer. Spam refresh until I can access chat. Wait to see if any one of them gets through. If so, report here what browser, degree of success/failure, what kind of account I have (which is PS3). Going hardcore. They'll say "Remember, remember the 4th of September".

    Good and bad news I suppose. If you pre-ordered digitally they can put in a refund request which would take 5-7 business days. Never had to get a refund from PSN store but it seems you could do that and go out and buy a hard copy, then just wait for the refund. Not sure what would be faster honestly at this point.

    I was in queue 60 and went down to 30 in about a few seconds. I remained hopeful when it stopped at queue 5. THEN BAM. All 5 at once vanished and I got the cancelled message. This customer service is the best.

    Well, doesn't help me any. Have the physical PS3 CE.

    Lot of possible theories. But hey at least there's some other way to get this fixed. If anyone has dealt with refunds through the PSN store could chime in would feel a lot better about going the route of asking for a refund and running out to buy a hard copy.
