    The form they told us to fill a week ago is useless, it is a red herring, it does absolutely nothing and they straight up told us the lie that it does something for whatever reason. The only way to fix this is talking to someone, and then they understaffed these someones in a way that the system is broken.

    I never saw customer service that just ignored you, closed tickets without warned and they hid the real solution, which is still vastly broken. I don't like hyperboles, this is not hyperbole, this is literally the worse a company have ever offended me and each time it happens I feel more bad about myself not only about the notion of not respecting myself enough to give them money for this game, but to give them money for the rest of my life, for any game.

    Tell me to wait 2 weeks, then, I'll pout and wait. Tell me the queue line for chat support is 7 hours long; I'll leave it running on the PC and go to the beach or something. Stop putting me through this emotionally draining gauntlet of errors where I can neither leave my house because I might just get support and neither can peacefully stay knowing that the wait is worth it.

    Yes, it is only a videogame, but again, it is not the videogame, it is not the service account thing itself, it is this brutally psychologically intense ordeal they put us through to fix it that seems not only to disregard your user base, but to actively be cruel to them.

    One mod here giving real support, telling people they know about this and that issue, working closely as an intermediate between us and them would help. But no. One single moderator showed up one single time and said stuff that helped no one about nothing and then disappeared.

    I try to keep thinking of ways that they can make this worse and the only one I can come up is to ban me for these frustrated messages. Maybe it would be better to me if they did tho. It would suck to lose the money I spent on the game and it would suck to not being able to play it, but severing all my ties with this disrespectful and arrogant corporation might bring me some kind of piece of mind that this ordeal has stolen from me.

    I don't know but if I get cancelled I'm done for the day. I've already had a stressful 9hr work day that started at 3:30am. I don't need the rest of my day having my emotions aggroed by SE's limit break known as False Hope.

    So.. i log into the SE support page and there is a notice for accounts that have registered in incorrect service account to fill out a form, followed the link - filled out and submitted the form only to receive a ticket number and no chat options. ive managed to submit a ticket in previous days and was able to find the live chat but i figured with SE posting this link to the support page that it would be unnecessary to contact a live agent.. needless to say my characters and playtime is still split between 2 accounts, and even though they added 7 days of free play for the server inconveniences i still can not log into my original service account with my preorder items. anyone know yet what the fuxk is going on?

    Would be nice if there was at least some sort of acknowledgement or something at all to let us know this is being looked into rather than complete ignorance of it. I'd happily wait 2 weeks if I knew it was going to be resolved eventually...but given the track record so far there is no guarantee it will be resolved even if I am on top of it constantly.

    My story with Square-Enix: In 2004, they used to do their billing the first of the month, I registered on the 20th so i lost 20 days of my free month. I toke a break from FF11, they deleted my character because it was more then 3 months. I never came back to FF11. That was then....

    Forward 9 years, you know the rest with servers and CS, they suck, plain and simple. I did a few tickets since last week. Today since noon eastern, i been waiting in online chat. Guess what, I got to the front of the line twice, both times I got booted.

    The game might be amazing but we don't deserve this. This is a total joke. I think its a Japanese mentality to not care. SOE stole my free month with EQ2 because I used it on a 7-10 days free trial.

    NO RESPECT!!! I'm done, I'm getting a charge back. Ban my account please.

    Good news. Finally got through on my 3rd try to chat support. They fixed it right then and there for me. Now I'm dealing with 1017 errors but at least the account has finally been corrected. And this was for NA chat support.
