But there are others here that put in tickets on Wednesday that got escalated and it still hadn't been fixed.After 49 minutes on hold with phone support got through to someone at the 1-310-846-0345 line. He escalated the ticket and said not to be to alarmed at the 2 week estimated wait time as it's usually fixed within 2 days after escalation. All that's left to wait for is the fix to happen.
I'm guessing (and based on previous posts) the former is the wrong lineand the latter is where people are getting in contact with an agent.

Wow, this is lame.
Talked to someone on the phone support, and they said yeah my number is escalated. It could take up to 2 weeks, and if nothing than to call back. I asked about EU getting theirs fixed right away, and he said that is how they do it, and we have to do things our way pretty much. Wow, good job Square Enix. Not that it is his fault, he is just doing his job, but that is still pretty lame.
So those time that they are showing, are in MM:SS, not HH:MM all along(sorry, I'm bored). This is because:
