chat is broken. I waited for 3 hours 2 times. each time i went all the way to #1 in line, then....BOOM, queue canceled due to no available agents. If there are no available agents, it should keep you in queue, not cancel you and waste 3-4 hours of your life. This is some of the worst customer service management I've ever seen. No technical support website does this.
