They are finally responding. I'm annoyed that this might take a while, but w/e. Go in now, you might get support, for once.

So, within 20 minutes of finishing with customer support on the phone and my ticket changing from 'In Process' to 'Please Respond,' the ticket is now closed. I'm taking this as a good sign since one change came from the agent I talked to, and the other must have come from someone else who is handling whatever needs to be handled for the transfer. Here's to hoping.
