That absolutely sucks.The worst, the very worst thing about this, is that if you're sitting there thinking "Oh well - bollocks to it. I'll just nuke my EA account and start again", SE have hit us with a double whammy of not allowing us to start again on the same bloody server (in my case, sargatanas) where all your mates are settled and well on their way to artefact armour.So that server is locked? I guess all you can do is wait.
Yep... my thoughts exactly. Im more concerned about losing the extra 3 days, but if thats what it takes then oh well :\

Honestly, if I could just re-roll on sagatanas, I'd just do it, shut up and eat my frakkin cornflakes - the point of an MMO after all, is that you're supposed to be able to play with your friends; That means play WITH your friends, not Play ALONGSIDE your friends, because SE are too sodding lazy to hire proficient staff that can code and load balance properly.
Yup, seen people in-game saying they got their CE stuff. Ran to my e-mail to collect my present with instructions to just avoid using another account other than my main. No problem I only have one account.
Hovered over Add new platform and thought it was for Ps3, so I click add add new service account cause why not? I'm adding a new service is what my brain registered totally ignoring the whole account thingy. (Enter your code!) This must be it!.. Nope.
Seriously tho, I can't even fathom they would strip us of our free 30 days for such a simple mistake. They should have explained what was going to happen before you enter your code when clicking (add new service account). Instead your brain just assumes that you are in the correct place cause who the hell uses multiple accounts under a main account? And just.. Why?
At first, I was happy to have received the CE code. But 1 miss-step caused me a heachache... I don't want to wait 2 weeks just for them to look at the issue and then fixing it!
Theyve just bought the account page down for maintenance. I guess theyre realised its going to cause an ongoing problem...
