So their fix for servers being full in NA/EU was to tell you u cannot retierv character list in any servers but Jap chars, only able to overide this load error by logging out n back in sveral times or loading you jap char

Well lucky for me i work around computers so ill just sneak on the chat when im working...Just dont know where to actually find the chat link to get into NA's queue.

DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT THE LIVE CHAT SUPPORT!!! You will be routed to EU support system until the weekend is over. The EU support service CANNOT access the NA database and will not help you.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, don't go into the queue of 100+ people and wait for 2+ hrs only to be rejected from the EU customer service.

Ding! We have a winner! This is exactly why the NA accounts are not being restored. Although, they better not rip us off with the 7 free days everyone who COULD login with their main account will be getting.

They will give it to us, the new servers come in on Tuesday or Wednesday and the seven days starts Wed supposedly.

So true. EU support can't do anything for NA players. Lets not take up space in their queue just to be told "sorry" in the end. Seriously, EU support can do nothing for NA players.
