    We need to reach out and petition the 7 day bonus Yoshida mentioned be applied to Early Access code service accounts as well. This would ONLY affect those in our position, and let us at least have 7 more days to play and enjoy the game while SE CS gets a freakin break (aside from their nice long CUSHY WEEKEND ... > ) to fix the problem.

    Just all a heads up, just received an e-mail saying they have sorted my service account mess ups! so hopefully people should be getting it sorted throughout the day!

    It's actually really easy to tell. Follow this flow chart:

    Did they just say their account was fixed? -----If yes------> They are EU
    L----If no, and they just cursed at SE, SE customer service, their family members and everyone they ever loved ----> They are NA

    Heads up from me that I just received a message for my ticket to my email which said that it has been fixed. I then checked my account and now my Service Account 1 has my CE key and full 30 days of free sub + CE/Pre-Order items and my character of course. So finally everything in my account seems to be fine! Yey!

    Hopefully all the other players' accounts will be fixed soon aswell! GL!

    Well I just hope we get the full 30 free trial added to the fixed account. I've been waiting for over 8 days now for this to be fixed and wish they would at least let me buy time on the pre-order account so i can still play..
