Hey guys, we have invested a lot of money and time into this game. We just had our launch. Quite possibly the most vital point in the game's life. However, we're having a lot of issues right now. Support center is backlogged. People are waiting 8 hours to get through to the call center. Chat queues are over burdened.

You forgot the completely and obvious denial of it as they don't post anything anywhere directing it as a serious issue as they go and party their asses off over at the PAX events, that's what really grinds my gears.

Has anyone tried sending this thread to some of the community reps and maybe Mr. Yoshida?
The result might be fruitless, but the worst thing that could happen is that they won't help us.
Demanding more attention besides one measly post from a rep isn't cutting it. It didn't really even help much at all.

On XMB go to Account Management > redeem codes > put in code on back of your booklet > agree to terms > boot up game (no need to reinstall) just make sure u service it right pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease

I'm playing on PC not PS3 and as far as I know what you mentioned is for the PS3

Once they correct the issue with your account the will give you a full 30 days so you're not actually losing any trial time. No need for that petition.
