What I don't understand is why they would release a game so close to an American Holiday and not have ANY support during the weekend. It just seems ridiculously bad as a business tactic.

I tried to just use my service account 2 as well, just for time being.. or to say fuck it, and start over. It loaded up the JP servers, but NA/EU wouldn't show. Guess they are having world/server issues again. So, when will FFXIV A Realm Reborn Again For Real This Time launch? 2016?

Yep, I tried JP and NA and had issues on both. I did finally manage to get in a JP server but a lot of friends have said they can't log on at all on NA.

I did get an email about 11 am saying they got my ticket, this is like the third one, but it had that stupid beta invite message on it. So maybe someone somewhere is working but don't think it will benefit most of us.

It is. I got 4 of those emails in a row, just a few minutes in between for each one. I feel bad that I've been spamming tickets, sending one in a day, but knowing that SE deletes tickets after a certain span of time bothers me. I'd rather be sure that they know about my issue, rather than sweep it under the rug.

Noticed the beta thing in the email I got, which confused me, since beta period ended, but guess could be just auto response info. Oh well. *twiddles thumbs*

I got that email on Sat in the early am sometime but I had not got my beta code from phase 3 and had mailed them back then I just thought they finally got to it

6 Days since I made the ticket. 2 Days since I phoned up. 10 Hours spent in a Chat queue. Disconnected 4 times during said Chat queue. Nothing. No fix, no closer.
