This is my whole gripe with the chat que system, if there isn't anyone there and everyone who get's to the end of the que just get's cancelled wouldn't que times be much shorter it doesn't take very long for you to get a were not here message and then on to the next one. So by this logic I think there might be someone somewhere helping one person at a time maybe.....

Resolved finally, spoke to a live chat agent yesterday around 4:30pm PST, just checked my account and got my 30 days + CE Status on service acct 1... Now only if I could log in to the game...
