Considering this is my 12th combined attempt to fix this by talking to a person, I am now a level 12 complainer. I just need to stun the customer service rep in order to stop their "you can not be connected" AOE attack.

You must be in a terrible lightparty if that AOE is stopping you from getting any further in the Support Instance.

48 in queue. Looks like people are holding steady. I queued up a few times this afternoon only to drop below 10, so felt it was safest to try and get in the 40-50 range in lieu of 400+ if I waited for 12 pm PST.

#14 and says 22 mins approx to respond which puts it right at 3pm EST. Getting a little nervous :x
