    Why not simply issue us new codes or extend Early Access until you guys can get a handle on the situation? We have been patient for DAYS now, and frankly I'm surprised people aren't flipping table angry at this point.

    Is is possible for you to look for the preorder accounts that haven't registered yet and merge all sub-accounts?

    Is it possible for you to create an auto-merge button?

    Is it possible for you to extend the preorder peridod?

    I'm flipping tables. Just abysmal how this is being handled. EU center is getting empowered to take care of the situation on the spot and for all we know NA is gonna be the same ol' song and dance of escalations. Literally hurts my head trying to fathom what the person handling this situation on NA side is thinking.
