Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

so.. within 48hrs of escalation your account issues have been resolved.. can anyone confirm a similar result with only email contact? or has this only been effective through live chat support?

currently have multiple tickets open, already received an email response stating my ticket was received and will be responded to within 48hrs. is the response expected to be resolution or simply another email stating their issues.

I have had a ticket in for 5 days now, even though they said they canceled all tickets about 2 days ago mine still shows open...

The form just put's you in-line with a known issue, we all seem to have a hard time understanding what SE is actually trying to do but they are vague on the matter.
