    Is is possible for you to look for the preorder accounts that haven't registered yet and merge all sub-accounts?

    Is it possible for you to create an auto-merge button?

    Is it possible for you to extend the preorder peridod?

    Please be patient? Are you kidding? I have been patient for days. I submitted my request minutes after I made the mistake only to have you all delete it. Then I waited numerous times to get disconnected from live chat. Oh and of course the constant calling of the phone line.

    Don't tell us to be patient. Don't tell us to hang in there. Fix the problem. You created this mess by handling it as poor as you have.

    As much as I don't want to be mean, this post is worthless. The site is so convoluted that even the tiniest bit of help on where to go to activate the chat would be a God send, however instead we get this garbage response.

    The impenetrable maze that is the support website makes the official way a joke. "not removing?" you should be thanking the people who provided the link because they are the ones actually help people getting in touch with whoever fix this issue.

    The official way of square-enix is "please understand".

    right, be patient and then get what... nothing at all. my ticket was submitted over 3 days. i q'ed in chat for over 10 hours since yesterday. so whoever directed you to post msg expect us to just go thru SE's so call support, & after pgs of loading and no chat support? no, you don't want help us as fast as possible. you want to go home, enjoy the long weekend. no, none of you care whether we suffer or not. SE just want our money.

    i'll do both bypass your bs support pgs, and go thru your bs support pgs. i got 2 laptops and 2 desktops, enough to que.

    oh btw, i'd shoot any messenger if situation was this bad. my GF already put thru a dispute for the game purchase. she will be filing a complaint on BBB and FTC. not that it's gonna go away where. but just for the heck of venting anyways. i wonder if this is consider false advertising... we bought a game we couldn't play...

    The major question is what is happening to chat when you stay in the queue and never get an agent during the appropriate times when filling out the correct support ticket. I have been in and out of the live chat queue since 27 Aug trying to speak to an agent and continuously get no agent found.

    Sorry, but helping by closing every ticket that hasn't been resolved in 48 hours isn't really helping at all. I submitted my first one on monday evening (EU) about this service account issue. And since then I haven't got any response about my ticket except that nobody has touched them and you are just going to close it regardless. This pisses me off to be honest. That is why I need a direct link to someone who can actually do something or atleast say something. If I go with the correct/official way then nothing is going to be done to the ticket at all and it is just going to be closed.

    Is there a panic button you can press so we can get some agents back into their chairs and help the NA users affected by this issue? I mean i know i its a long weekend, but when big issues have arise with games, i know Blizzard, SOE and EA/Bioware has called support teams to help with the issues at hand even if it was a holiday. Im just saying a weekend like this SE should want as much player playing their game as possible, specially the people that pre ordered the game or started playing from 0 day. Having said that, thanks for at least coming in and acknowledging our problem.
