    I'm sure we'll end up hearing some horror stories in the likes of going a full month without support, or a hundred chat sessions going unanswered for a single person.

    People who fell for this thing should be top priority, end of story. That, and increasing server capacity. They should be working weekends and overtime, 15 hours a day. That's what a respectable company in their situation should/would do, SE should know better. They already effed up once, and this time it looks even worse on the support side.

    Make sure you're in the correct queue! Just try when they open (in N. America) or now in Europe.
    You mean retry live chat and sit for 2, or probably more likely 3 hours, and hope not to get disconnected and have to do it again? Hell no they better just fix it w/o me having to do that.. AGAIN. 4 day ticket, 1 day ticket, previous 4 hours live chat, I don't need to do any more they just need to fix it.

    Been lurking this thread since ~page 230, and my issue has finally been resolved. Kinda.

    Had no luck with the chat queues yesterday, probably for the best since those were probably the NA chats (I'm EU). Figured I'd try again after reading the EU chat opened up.
    Queued up in 3 browsers with 10 queue positions in between each other. 2 hours later, I somehow end up in two chats with two agents at the same time, which made things a little awkward

    Issue timeline
    30 Aug (GMT+2)
    18:30 - Get home from work, start up FFXIV. Get greeted with the "Early Access expired please input registration code" thing. Somehow manage to forget the horrors of FFXI's PlayOnline. Input codes on auto-pilot. Get a second Service Account. Crap.
    19:00 - Find this thread, create Support Ticket, start queuing chats.
    02:00 - Never get in touch with an agent on chat. Give up for the day.

    31 Aug
    09:40 - Started EU chat queues
    11:40 - Got into a chat with agents
    11:55 - 30 days trial moved from wrong service account to right one.

    I dunno which of the agents fixed it in the end, but a "Thanks!" to both of them.

    My Helm of Light seems to be in some sort of limbo right now (it's still listed on Service Account #2), but at least I can play again.
    I don't particularly like that helmet anyway.

    Anyway, I hope you guys get your issues resolved soon too!

    EU here. Can't get the option for chat or call anymore, only e-mail. Anyone else getting this? Read an announcement that support was supposed to be active both today and tomorrow somewhere. What happened?

    After talking with EU live chat support agent "Paul B", my issue has been resolved and I am able to play again. He move service account 2 and merged it with service account 1 and gave me a new subscription (30 days).

    Why is there no DEV ? responding to a view 150k+ post give us some hope ? please? If they look at like 10 the main mmo websites people use or parody videos that are funny, and make You like try the game, Be even more nastier, since many them just eating the cost , and will not sub it now. Losing money now , but the game is great , but Could have been the next big thing for the next year. Or longer.
