Actually, a simple solution would be to just issue another 20-digit code to all affected players. Then they could re-enter it under a proper account and the problem would be solved.
They don't even need to bother cancelling the other account. Worst come to worst, SE will have given players a free month of game time on their second account. Doesn't seem like financial loss to me as it still requires subscription past the trial period.
P.S. If SE doesn't do something to this effect, I can do it myself for them by purchasing another copy of the game and cancelling/getting refund for the wrongly registered one.

Just got this email response finally. I used the form about 14 hours ago. They end up e-mailing me a reply about the beta... what the hell is this crap? I guess that part is just automated now.

But even the way suggested in the form, to move the code used to the right account doesn't seem bad, but they should just put the option in the Mog Station, it wouldn't hurt nobody.
