thats the popular theory, my cs agent said that earlier....but i'm not even going to attempt it.....with my luck i'd be logged in when they attempted the merge and wanker it all up causing me continued hours of this nonsense

I wanna try this one as well, just to pass the time while waiting for a response/solution. However, maybe that'll take longer and I might just pass my previous character's levels by the time they resolve my ticket.

The stupidest thing to do is threaten and complain about wanting a refund on the forum. Obviously no one else is getting their stuff done on it, so how do you expect to get a refund here...?

day 4 and I have not received an email yet, now it's the weekend and I finally have time to play buuuuuuuuuut SE will take 1-2 weeks to reply, now I fell way behind with my friends so it is pretty disappointing. Square Enix has the worst support system ever in my experience of online gaming. Chat support disabled, Phone support(does it even exist?) email is mega slow. I am new to square enix, but they have done absolutely nothing to make me and thousands of other happy.
