I have the same issue. I was thinking about restarting my character anyway, so what I think im going to do is delete my current char off the EA account and start a new character all together on the second account.
Then just go to the account page and completely delete the early access account. I guess this should solve it faster than they are able to? I will lose the 3 days, but who cares.
Its small, but you still lose your early access items as well. Its on principle. I want to get EVERYTHING I paid for.I have the same issue. Yeah, i figure thats probably a better trade off than waiting days. :\ I doubt I will ever care about the EA items.
I feel sorry for you. The way the site is set up is completely deceiving.
The same thing happened to me! Why would someone want two accounts for the same game on the same account?

"Add New Platform"
I didn't want to add a PS3 account so I hit add new account, now I'm stuck with a sub account and worst part about it is that I don't have my CE items in game and I could lose my 30 days game time that I paid for.
Now I have to wait for SE to resolve this and it could take up to two weeks.
This is the first time in history I've ever made a mistake like this and I don't take responsibility for it. Sorry, but that website is atrocious and hard to understand.
Well, I'm bringing this up to Kotaku and any other gaming websites I can get to gain exposure.
