Now I know why my ticket won't be answered anymore..
But now it means I need to send in another and the ticket I sent 4 days ago is "useless." I couldn't even find this notice on their main page until I looked on reddit.
I saw some comments and most people were complaining about server space. I tweeted that they should focus on upgrading customer support. Now, I can only see my reply and no one else's. I guess they're trying to hide the fact that MANY people are locked out of the game and rather than being open and honest, they're figuring that letting out NO news is good news.
