Same issue here, I am so upset.

So.... Given that I have added CE status to a 2nd service account. How can I add a CE to the first service account Beta/EA There ISNT EVEN A BUTTON or possibility to do it.
To those of of you who are coming in here to say 'its simple' either offer some information that is helpful or GTFO.
EDIT : oh I see now... 3hrs after I made the mistake they reprint the fine print without clarifying how to do it correctly.
So apparently ADD Platform is Translated to mean Link my beta EA account to a game I have purchased

Will they solve this or we'll have to create a new character on the 2nd service to use the 30-day period?
What if you cancel the service account 2? Can you use the same registration code again as "new platform"? I suppose not...
Out of Curiosity. I will acknowledge the fact that I have missed the information about the "unable to upgrade my existing 1.0 account using the CE package". Do you still get the ingame items for the pre-ordered collector's edition at least via mail? I have not received it when I last checked on the Early access account (which is FFXIV 2). But it was mentioned that I was to receive them.
Any of you who had 1.0 account received via mail their CE items via mail?
No unfortunately the code is already registered to service account 2 and will be only reactivated to service account 2. Believe me, I tried it myself and reactivated it afterwards.
Not on the 1.0 account if you can't use the new PC code. If you make a new service account using the code you got from the ARR CE you bought then that account will get the CE items. To get the CE items on the 1.0 account you need to use the upgrade feature.Out of Curiosity. Wow, glad I looked this up... I was just about to hit confirm on a 'new account' method when something in the back of my mind said don't do it.
I'm also wondering if I'm gonna be region locked, I have characters on JP -and- NA, yet only the JP are now showing. This site layout is beyond horrible, the last time I took web design was in high school back in like '03, and I bet I could do better than that...
So is there any "official" known way to get the 30 days free on the correct "account"? I'm seeing people argue back and forth about different methods.
You can contact SE support about it, but they said it could take up to two weeks to sort through them all because a lot of people made this mistake. It'd honestly be easier just starting over.
Currently? No, because everyone has the same characters not showing up issue. If you only have one service account though it's likely to be the right one. And this game does not have region locking.Wow, glad I looked this up... I was just about to hit confirm on a 'new account' method when something in the back of my mind said don't do it.
