The ticket being closed once escalated is normal.I'm scared. I got my ticket escalated last night at about 8:20pm est. I haven't received any emails, my ticket has disappeared from the main customer support page, and Mog Station reflects no changes to my account. I thought that the ordeal was almost over... and it looks like all my attempts to fix things before the weekend are swiftly disappearing.

If you did the problem with making two service accounts, there is a much faster fix. Just call SE and stay on with CSR they can and should be able to help you.

Wow already 44 min wait on the NA line when I called right when they opened. Awesome? Wtf?
Calling SE CSR would be a lot easier if they didn't hide their NA number. People keep asking, and people keep posting, but only the EU number, which is useless to us NA people. I could prolly still get fixed from calling the UK, but I don't have overseas LD, I have NA free LD, and considering you have to stay on the line for like 2 hours, I'm not accepting those charges.Two things.

Queue'd in chat atm. 88 in queue, says about an hour wait still. Started 144th about 45 minutes ago.
Edit: Just dropped from 88th to 84th when I posted this, and wait time dropped from 1 hour 1 minute to 30 minutes. Hopefully this is a new trend.
Edit2: Now it says 15 minutes after I dropped to 83rd. Cmon! gogo! Hopefully they can actually fix something, or at least give me a number where I can get it fixed.

A total of 8 hours on hold. 10 hours waiting for a chat representative. Finally, I had myself an escalated ticket. The ticket is now closed. Mog Station changed nothing. I still have 2 service accounts. My character on account 1 was deemed "inactive" and my CE is still on service account two. I want to cry right now.
