I've just got my issue escalated by agent "Luca", she said it will take 24 hours to 3 days for it to be fixed. Im just glad that its not 2 weeks. :3
Does anyone have the EU ticket form ? I did an NA ticket form because that was the only link there was the first day when this problem was.. They made the EU one 2 days later.. Woo.
I can't log into lodestone or access my game cuz of some unknown error after installing the game disc client over the beta phase 4 client
Today I received a request from SE to fill out a Customer Service survey to gauge how my experience went. There's a little box at the bottom for your own comments/recommendations. I highly recommend filling this box out, especially if you were dealt with poorly by "Julien" or "Pierre".And that's how it went for me. Over an hour of waiting AFTER spending over 30 minutes in queue. I know it could've been worse (like being on hold for hours before being cut off) but really? When you're supposed to be the one being dealt with you don't expect a whole load of unresponsiveness with a pathetic attempt at attitude in the middle. I can't find a direct complaint system like a direct email address. Has anyone else found one?
I'll be happy to post up what I wrote if anyone really wants to see it. Just let me know and so shall it be done.
Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.

Agree... in my case, Agent Ricardo told me he didn't know when my issue would be fixed. After 5 or 4 hours, my account was finally fixed.
Well guys...It's 8:13am PST right now. Meaning, less than an hour until the customer service opens for North America. All I can say is...I'm ready today. I've subscribed to skype call unlimited, and I got my support center window open ready to join the chat. Are you guys ready? =)
Don't do it, I've been told you're not supposed to touch that account till they get to fix thhe issue.
