I wouldn't mind waiting if it wasn't for the fact that the queue kicks me out when i'm it's my turn...
Wait, does that mean your conversation lasted 5 minutes and he escalated your ticket from there, or he actually merged your accounts and resolved your ticket within five minutes? If it's the latter one imma qeue up again and ask the the fun is up with that 'cause I spoke to him as well bout 5 hours ago and I still got nuthin.
I was finally able to get through last time. I started a chat and phone call at approx 5pm EST. The chat actually connected me to someone at around 715. I was done by 730. The representative (Daniel if we are keeping tally) knew exactly what the issue was, I gave him my ticket and he said he had escalated it and that it could still take two weeks, but people usually got it done quicker.
I checked the MogStation at about 1115 and it was showing up correctly. I forgot to ask what would happen with the second account, but I assume they will just leave it and let the time expire. It would be nice if they just deleted the whole thing so I have one less prompt to click through (FWP I know).
All in all I was on hold on the phone for about 10 hours total (8 just yesterday), and had 7 chat attempts, each lasting about 2-2.5 hours before getting disconnected. Daniel did say they were aware there was an issue with the chat system, and they are tying to get it fixed.
All I can say is keep at it if it is worth it to you. Luckily, I got through because I had made the decision to just scrap my character and start over if I couldn't get in touch with anyone today.

After a 2hr wait on Live Chat I finally got through to Chris. He was most helpful in escalating my ticket, so fingers crossed all will be well by tomorrow morning.![]()
anyone know if they are resolving issues for NA accounts via email outside of business hours? or is it the same expectations for live chat support
I don't believe they will solve the issue via email. Once you open a ticket you have to contact them, give them the ticket number, they verify your identity, then it gets resolved.![]()
Can no longer play the game due to this issue.
