why didnt they just add a few more days period to all pre order accounts - its just terrible they have let our games run out of time due to their incompetence in making forms

can i keep a subscription active even if i give them crappy details for a credit card - nope - so why can they do basically the same to us and just get away with it??

it took me nearly all of the pre order "free" time to be able to make a char on the same server as my mates - then a few days later i cant play the game with them again due to this!!!!! i thought mmo was supposed to be about playing with friends and all that

So, I just checked my ticket status, and it went from green (open) to blue (please respond). I haven't recieved any emails from SE nor is there any link to click on if I open the ticket for me to respond to. Anyone here know what this means? Is it a message to a tech support person or to me?

well again its more unclear info from SE, but i think it just means they closed the chat request as they have "fixed" it ie escalated it

Yey, got through to EU Live Chat support and "Paul N." handled my case. He did what was needed and I actually felt helped with this issue. Gj.

I had Paul N as well. He wasn't able to help me since I had a v1.0 account.

At least SE could post in FB or Twitter or Lodestone saying they know about this and they're trying to fix it, but they are just ignoring the issue...

Just finished live chat with Paul N, he didn't say much, but escalated the ticket straight away. Fingers crossed, third times the charm right?

The layout of the mogstation was so confusing for me. They should have at least put something like "Enter Game Activation Code" in bold Green or Yellow, so that we know precisely where to go to activate the game, they just had to make it so confusing for all of us. >_<
